Will there be more Merriment and Mayhem? When?Well, of course there will. I am a writer, writing is what I do. The problem is finding time, between classes and a job that pays enough to support my writing habit. I can honestly say that I have a ton of ideas (somewhere between 1,988 and 2,014 pounds, actually), I just haven't put them on paper yet. As for when, well, that may be a while yet. I've precious little free time these days. This must be what adults feel like all the time... Suffice it to say that I have begun dilligently working on the sequel, and it shouldn't be more than another year or two until I send Marcher Lord another email saying "Hey, I wrote this book you might want..." |
How long did it take you to write Hero, Second-Class?A year and nine months, give or take. I started writing it on the way to Hillsdale College in August of 2006, and finished writing it in December of 2007. There was a lot of editing after that, mind you, since I knew nearly nothing about the art of fiction (Marcher Lord had to teach me all about staying in one point of view, yeesh), but it was done with editing and ready to go in just over two years from the beginning.

Look, I'm sorry, but I don't have time for this. If you've found inaccuracies or inconsistencies, so be it. I'm not perfect. Nor do I have time to answer your multitudinous questions (I'm sure you have tons of them, right? No? Fine, be that way).
